Role Description The Client Relations Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to relay client requirements, tracking project progress, and providing status updates.
The specialist will handle client feedback, resolve service-related issues, and identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and retention.
This position also supports onboarding new clients and contributing to continuous improvement in client communication processes.
