About the Role : A reputed NGO based in Noida is looking for energetic and dedicated Client Relationship Associates (CRA) to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for building client connections, candidate coordination, and supporting meaningful social impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Communicate effectively with clients to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Outbound Calling & Follow-ups: Handle regular calls, client outreach, and follow up on inquiries.
- Candidate Coordination: Assist in coordinating candidates for various projects and NGO programs.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate and client records, documentation, and operational data.
- Program Support: Actively contribute to and support various social impact initiatives driven by the organization.

Eligibility Criteria :
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate
- Experience:
Freshers welcome; prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or client handling is a plus.
- Language Requirements:
- Hindi: Mandatory (Fluent spoken communication)
- English: Basic understanding/communication preferred
- Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, professional conduct, and good interpersonal skills.
Salary & Benefits Package
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,100 CTC per month (~₹1.81 LPA)
