Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Advisor role based in Indore.

The Client

Advisor will support prospective buyers and sellers throughout the property journey, from initial inquiry to final key handover. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting suitable property options, explaining pricing and legal aspects, and coordinating site visits. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, following up on leads, supporting property verification processes,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction experience.

The Client

Advisor will promote Roots & Roofs’ zero brokerage, transparent policies, and customer-first values while consistently working to improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, explain processes clearly, and manage expectations professionally.
- Basic understanding of Insurance or related financial protections as they apply to real estate transactions is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the local Indore real estate market or willingness to learn quickly, with robust negotiation and sales abilities.
- Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems for lead management and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in real estate, consulting, financial services, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant education in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
