About This Role

Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify potential customer leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by updating customer information in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with project presentations, property site visits, and product information.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support the sales team in converting leads into bookings.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Legal, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.
- Complete necessary sales documentation and assist in transaction processing.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- MBA (Marketing/Finance), BBA, BBM, B.Com (Honours),



or any Bachelor s/Master s degree with an interest in Sales and Marketing.
- Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement will be an added advantage.
