Role: Business Development Specialist
Experience: 4 to 7 years
Work Mode: 100% Onsite
Initial Location: Hyderabad, India
Long-Term Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (relocation mandatory)
Key: The selected candidate will initially work onsite from our Hyderabad office for the first 3 months , after which they will be required to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and continue working onsite. Relocation to Malaysia is mandatory for the role.
What we're looking for
- Proven hunter mindset with a consistent record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong expertise in new business acquisition, lead generation, and deal closure
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
- Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills with decision-makers
- Experience building and scaling client pipelines and driving predictable revenue
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution approach
- High ownership, accountability, and urgency toward targets
- Willingness to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and work in a complete onsite role
- Exposure to international markets is a strong plus
- IT staffing background is a must
