Role Description The Client Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad & Delhi. This role manages day-to-day client communication, builds strong relationships, and acts as the key link between clients and internal creative, strategy, and production teams.

Responsibilities include understanding client objectives, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating campaign timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet agreed quality and performance standards.

The Client Account

Manager will track project budgets, monitor campaign performance, and provide regular reports and insights to clients. The role also involves identifying opportunities to grow accounts,



supporting current business pitches, and contributing to continuous improvement of account management processes.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and presentation skills.
- 2 years min experience in advertising, marketing, or brand management, preferably within an agency environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with attention to detail.
- Comfort working closely with creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, project management platforms).
- Understanding of campaign performance data and ability to identify relevant insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, resilience under deadlines, and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience handling clients in FMCG, retail, or other consumer-facing sectors is a plus.
