Role & responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor activities such as RCC, foundation, excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, and masonry.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers.
- Manage manpower, materials, and construction equipment.
- Ensure project work is completed on time with proper quality.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC and safety teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Check site measurements, levels, and construction alignment.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
