Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
Check quality of work and materials.
Maintain daily progress and site records.
Coordinate with Civil Engineers, contractors and site teams.
Monitor manpower and material requirements.
Report site progress and issues to senior management.
Ensure safety rules and site procedures are followed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering preferred. 3-6 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
Experience in civil site supervision and labour handling. Basic knowledge of drawings, measurements and construction work. Positive communication and coordination skills. Willing to work at project sites.
