We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to manage day-to-day civil maintenance activities and coordinate with the civil and housekeeping teams. The candidate should have good knowledge of building maintenance and the ability to supervise workers and contractors effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil maintenance and repair work.
- Handle activities related to plastering, masonry, painting, flooring, waterproofing, etc.
- Inspect premises and identify civil maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and workers.
- Allocate work and monitor the team's daily progress.
- Ensure work is completed on time and as per quality standards.
- Assist and coordinate with the civil and housekeeping teams.
- Maintain records of maintenance work and material usage.
- Handle and resolve civil maintenance complaints.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and safety practices.
- Coordinate with management regarding maintenance requirements.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Civil Maintenance / Facility Maintenance.
- Diploma/ITI in Civil or relevant qualification preferred.
- Good knowledge of civil repair and maintenance work.
- Experience in supervising workers and contractors.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities efficiently.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
What We Offer
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
