- Supervise daily civil construction and maintenance activities at the site.

- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and workers.

- Monitor work as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.

- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.

- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.

- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.

- Coordinate civil works such as concrete, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, plumbing-related civil works, etc.





- Identify and report site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Ensure safety procedures and site discipline are followed.

- Maintain records of materials, work progress, measurements, and contractor activities.

- Coordinate with the management/engineering team regarding project requirements.

- Ensure the site is kept clean, organized, and protected.

- Qualifications:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
