- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of building/house construction
- Good understanding of civil and structural drawings
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works
- Quantity estimation and measurement skills
- AutoCAD knowledge preferred
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage contractors and workers
