We are looking for a responsible Civil Site Supervisor to oversee civil and finishing work at project sites. The candidate will manage daily site activities, coordinate workers and contractors, and ensure execution as per drawings, specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily civil and construction activities.
- Coordinate workers, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing work.
- Check measurements and material requirements.
- Coordinate civil work with interior, electrical and plumbing teams.
- Monitor quality and project progress.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues.
- Maintain site safety and discipline.
- Prepare daily progress updates.
Required Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in civil site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.
- Ability to read drawings and understand measurements.
- Knowledge of materials and construction processes.
- Contractor and labour management skills.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
