About the Role

BuildMyInfra is looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day civil site activities and ensure smooth execution of projects as per approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and project requirements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in commercial, retail, warehouse, industrial, or interior fit-out projects and should be comfortable coordinating with contractors, vendors, site teams, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction and site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site manpower.
- Monitor activities such as civil works, masonry, plastering, flooring, false ceiling, painting, waterproofing, finishing, and related works.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at site.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Take site measurements and assist in preparing measurement sheets, quantity records, and work progress reports.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager/Engineer regarding daily site requirements and execution issues.
- Identify site-level issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Monitor material availability and raise requirements in advance to avoid delays.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and relevant site documentation.
- Coordinate civil works with MEP, HVAC, electrical, fire, ELV, and interior teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with site safety practices and company/project requirements.




- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and report delays or deviations.
- Support inspections, snag rectification, and project handover activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a disciplined work environment at the site.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in civil site supervision/execution.
- Hands-on experience in commercial, retail, warehouse, industrial, or interior fit-out projects preferred.
- Positive knowledge of civil construction and finishing activities.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Experience in contractor, vendor, and manpower coordination.
- Basic knowledge of quantity measurement and material estimation.
- Good communication and site coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and site reporting.
- Ability to work independently at project sites and manage multiple site activities.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in warehouse projects, retail stores, commercial fit-outs, industrial projects, or turnkey infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
