- Interpret Drawings: Read architectural and structural plans to guide workers accurately.
- Site Surveying: Set out, level, and survey the land before and during construction.
- Quality Control: Check steel reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete strength before and during pours.
- Resolve Issues: Provide technical advice and fix design or site problems quickly
- Supervise Laborers: Direct subcontractors, craftspeople, and construction crews.
- Manage Materials: Order raw materials, check quality, and manage inventory.
- Track Progress: Monitor daily work schedules and report delays or updates to senior management.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate with clients, architects, and local authorities to meet regulations
- Enforce Safety: Ensure all workers use safety gear and follow health regulations.
- Keep Records: Maintain daily progress reports, material logs, and test results

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
