- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.

- Check measurements, quantities, and work progress at site.

- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.

- Ensure construction activities meet required quality standards.

- Identify and report site issues, delays, and deviations to the Project Manager/Site Manager.

- Assist in preparing daily and weekly progress reports.

- Maintain site records, inspection reports, measurements, and documentation.

- Coordinate with the design/engineering team for drawing clarifications and technical issues.

- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and site regulations.

- Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on corrective actions.

- Support project completion, snagging, and handover activities.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- 1–3 years of relevant site/construction experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
