- Job Responsibilities:

- Overall execution and supervision of civil construction works at site.

Candidate Profile:

- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.

- Should be able to independently handle day-to-day site activities.

- Must be able to read and understand structural/architectural drawings.

- Good knowledge of quantity measurement and BOQ.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel/stay at project sites as required.

- Planning and monitoring day-to-day site activities as per drawings and project schedule.

- Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors and vendors.

- Check drawings, quantities, levels and measurements before execution.

- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.





- Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, flooring, finishing and external development works.

- Monitor manpower, material and machinery requirements at site.

- Check quality of work and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Prepare and verify measurements, subcontractor bills and client RA bills.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

- Ensure proper implementation of safety requirements at site.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
