Role Description The Civil Projects Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of civil and infrastructure projects across Landmark Group’s retail and hospitality portfolio. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Daily tasks include assisting with project scheduling, reviewing drawings and specifications, monitoring site progress, and preparing regular status reports.

Executive helps ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards, while proactively identifying risks and proposing mitigation measures. The role also includes supporting vendor management, documentation, and continuous improvement of project processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in project planning and coordination, including scheduling, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in site supervision and execution, such as monitoring construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and enforcing safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess skills in technical review and documentation, including interpreting drawings and specifications, preparing reports, and maintaining project records.
- Candidates should possess skills in vendor and contractor management, including evaluating proposals, coordinating work, and supporting cost control.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and support decision-making.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management are preferred.
- Experience in retail or commercial construction projects and familiarity with local building codes and regulatory requirements in Mumbai will be an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate effective communication skills, proficiency in basic project management tools, and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, fast-paced workplace.
