Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Procurement Engineer who will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the timely availability of civil construction materials while ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure civil construction materials as per project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR).
- Coordinate with site, project, stores, and accounts teams for material requirements.
- Identify and evaluate suitable suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Ensure materials are procured within approved budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors for order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.
- Follow up on pending and delayed material deliveries.
- Verify material specifications, quality, quantity, and required documentation.
- Maintain vendor records, quotation comparisons, purchase orders, and procurement reports.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and contractors.




- Coordinate with the store team for material receipt and documentation.
- Monitor market rates and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of civil construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregates, bricks/blocks, tiles, pipes, fittings, waterproofing materials, etc.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple material requirements and deadlines.
- Knowledge of purchase orders, quotations, comparative statements, and procurement processes.

Qualification B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
