Job Title: Civil Foreman

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 5–7 Years

Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, manpower handling, and construction work.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities.
- Handle and coordinate site workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project requirements.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress.
- Maintain quality and ensure proper execution of civil works.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers for daily work planning.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower.




- Identify and report site issues to the concerned engineer.
- Maintain daily work and progress records.
- Follow all safety procedures and site instructions.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
- ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Good manpower handling and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities.
