- Supervise day-to-day industrial civil construction activities at site.
- Coordinate and manage site manpower, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Execute works as per approved structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Check site measurements, quantities, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, contractors, and other site teams.
- Maintain daily progress records and provide regular site updates.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to project quality and safety requirements.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Required Qualification & Skills
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Industrial Civil Construction.
- Candidates must have relevant industrial civil project experience only.
- Robust experience in site execution and supervision.
- Good knowledge of civil and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, site measurements, BOQ, and quantity checking.
- Experience in contractor/subcontractor coordination and daily progress reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently at an industrial project site.
