Responsible for planning, supervising, and maintaining the college’s buildings, roads, drainage, classrooms, laboratories, hostels, and other campus infrastructure while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance of campus infrastructure.

- Inspect buildings, classrooms, laboratories, hostels, roads, and other facilities.

- Prepare estimates, BOQs, measurements, and work reports.

- Monitor contractors, vendors, materials, workmanship, and project progress.

- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

- Coordinate civil maintenance activities including masonry, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and drainage.

- Maintain records of projects, maintenance work, measurements, and expenses.





- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and college administration.

- Identify structural or maintenance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned civil works within approved budgets.

Qualifications & Skills:

- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution or large campus.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, estimation, BOQ, and site supervision.

- Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
