Role Description: 1. The civil expert role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning, designing, and overseeing civil engineering projects, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.

The civil expert will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients to monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery. Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections, supervising construction activities,



verifying quality and safety practices, and preparing technical reports and documentation. The role also requires supporting project management activities such as estimation, scheduling, risk identification, and implementation of best engineering practices aligned with YA Infra’s sustainability and quality goals.

Qualifications

- Strong civil engineering fundamentals, including structural analysis, design of concrete and steel structures, and knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
- Proficiency in civil and structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS or similar), and familiarity with BIM or digital project tools.
- Experience in project execution, including site supervision, construction monitoring, quality control, and safety management.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents, and to prepare clear technical reports and documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution; professional certifications in project management or structural design are an advantage.
- Proven experience in EPC/PMC or infrastructure projects, preferably with exposure to sustainable design and construction practices.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site in dynamic project environments.
