Role Description The Civil Engineer will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of civil works for the business complex. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves coordinating with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that all civil engineering activities meet project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, supervising site work, monitoring stormwater and drainage systems, conducting quality checks, and resolving technical issues on-site.

The role also includes preparing reports,



maintaining documentation, and supporting project timelines and budgets while ensuring that construction is completed to a high standard of workmanship.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply civil engineering principles effectively.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and related tools for planning and detailing project components.
- Experience in Planning and coordination of civil works across design, scheduling, and execution phases.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and drainage systems for commercial and urban developments.
- Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Experience working as a Civil Engineer on commercial real estate or large infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations applicable in Mumbai.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
