Civil Engineer to oversee and coordinate civil construction, maintenance, repair, and infrastructure-related activities across warehouses, offices, logistics facilities, and other company premises. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that civil works are completed safely, efficiently, within budget, and as per required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- We are looking for a Civil Engineer to oversee and coordinate civil construction, maintenance, repair, and infrastructure-related activities across warehouses, offices, logistics facilities, and other company premises. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that civil works are completed safely, efficiently, within budget, and as per required quality standards.

- Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor civil construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance activities at warehouses, offices, and logistics facilities.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams for execution of civil works.

- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, material requirements, and work schedules.

- Conduct site inspections and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Monitor structural repairs, flooring, roofing, drainage, waterproofing, painting, and other civil maintenance activities.

- Check measurements and verify contractor bills based on actual work completed.





- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of civil construction materials.

- Monitor project progress, costs, manpower, and timelines.

- Identify civil infrastructure issues and recommend appropriate repair or preventive maintenance measures.

- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company standards at project and warehouse sites.

- Maintain records of work orders, measurements, drawings, estimates, bills, and project documentation.

- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Administration, Procurement, and Finance.

- Visit warehouses, branch offices, terminals, and other company locations as required.

- Support recent warehouse setup, expansion, relocation, and facility development projects.

- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding ongoing projects and maintenance activities.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of civil construction and maintenance practices.

- Knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, measurements, and contractor billing.

- Good understanding of Auto-CAD and MS Excel.

- Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills.

- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple sites and projects.

- Willingness to travel to warehouses and branch locations as required.
