Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer / Site Engineer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage and supervise day-to-day site activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, site execution, quality control, measurements, and coordination with contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Take site measurements and maintain records of work completed.
- Review drawings and coordinate with the design/technical team to resolve site-related issues.
- Monitor project progress and report delays, issues, and requirements to management.
- Prepare daily site reports, quantity measurements, and progress updates.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Follow and enforce safety procedures and construction-site standards.




- Assist with quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, and contractor measurements.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Requirements

- B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 2–3 years of experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Positive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site-management abilities.
- Willingness to work at project sites in and around Ahmedabad.
