Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor civil construction and site-related activities.

- Prepare and review site measurements, layouts, drawings, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, architects, vendors, and other project teams.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Monitor installation and execution of tiles, marble, sanitaryware, and other finishing works.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper execution of work.

- Check material requirements, quantities, and usage at the site.

- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain proper site records.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.





- Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed within the scheduled time.

- Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the site.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Design teams for project execution and customer requirements.

- Handle measurements, BOQs, estimation, and basic quantity calculations.

- Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
