We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that work is completed according to approved plans, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction and site activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare and review estimates, measurements, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, workers, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Check site measurements and maintain proper site records.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction guidelines.
- Read and interpret civil engineering drawings and plans.
- Maintain necessary documentation, reports, and project records.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction processes and site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
