Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Civil Engineering Trainer to train students in Civil Engineering concepts, industry-relevant software, and practical applications. The trainer will be responsible for delivering classroom and practical training and preparing students for industry opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and practical training in Civil Engineering.
- Train students on AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or other relevant software.
- Explain civil engineering concepts through practical examples and projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and practical evaluations.
- Guide students in preparing 2D/3D drawings, layouts, BOQs,
and project documentation.
- Provide hands-on training in drafting, estimation, surveying, structural design, and construction practices.
- Monitor student performance and provide individual guidance.
- Conduct project-based training aligned with current industry requirements.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and student performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Placement Team to ensure students develop industry-ready skills.
- Support students in preparing for technical interviews and employment opportunities.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit Architecture / Revit Structure.
- Knowledge of STAAD.Pro / ETABS.
- Knowledge of Civil 3D will be an added advantage.
