- Create room layouts using design software
- Review shop drawings and technical specifications for accuracy, dimensions, and project
requirements - pertaining to interior and exterior finishing materials.
- Read architectural plans and create order lists based on window and door schedules
- Prepare project binders for subcontractors
- Prepare accurate material takeoffs and quantity estimates from architectural plans
and/or construction drawings
- Coordinate with the team for daily business operations
Skills Required:
- Expertise in softwares like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Escape, ProKitchen, Revit is desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Responsible, punctual, and detail oriented
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
- Willingness to learn current skills and responsibilities
- Adaptability in a fast pace environment
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering is highly preferred
- Experience: 1-3 years in a design and residential architecture role
