Job Summary:

We are seeking a precise, detail-oriented Construction Surveyor to join our field operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting initial site assessments, staking out precise structural boundaries, and ensuring that all building and infrastructure elements align perfectly with engineering designs. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with hands-on experience using modern surveying technology to keep our projects on track, compliant, and accurate from ground-break to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform initial topographic and boundary surveys to map existing site conditions and utilities.

· Establish reliable site benchmarks and control networks to guide all subsequent construction activities.

· Execute accurate setting-out and layout tracking for foundations, structural columns, utilities, and roads.

· Conduct routine alignment and elevation checks to identify and correct structural deviations early.

· Calculate earthwork volumes (cut and fill)



to assist with material management and progress billing.

· Complete final as-built surveys and compile precise documentation for regulatory compliance and project closeout.

· Maintain, calibrate, and manage high-precision surveying instruments and equipment.

· Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering.

· Proven experience working as a surveyor on commercial, residential, or infrastructure construction sites.

· Proficiency with up-to-date surveying equipment, including Total Stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and digital levels.

· Strong working knowledge of surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and data collection programs.

· Excellent mathematical, analytical, and blueprint-reading skills.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and site crews.

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment when required.

Pay: Up to ₹225,000.00 per year
