What you'll do
- Be the quality gatekeeper, from incoming material to final handover
- Test and approve construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, finishes) before they're used
- Inspect every stage, from reinforcement and concreting to waterproofing and finishes, with the authority to stop work that isn't right
- Run the site lab and keep quality records clean and complete
- Lead pre-handover inspections so every homeowner gets a snag-free home
- Train supervisors and contractors to build it right the first time

You'll fit if you have
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2–6 years of QA/QC or site experience on residential or building projects
- Working knowledge of IS codes and site testing (cube tests, slump, sieve analysis)
- The confidence to say "this isn't good enough," and the skill to get it fixed
