Company Description We are a Registered Railway Contractor engaged in railway infrastructure and civil construction works.
We are involved in the execution of various railway projects across Assam, West Bengal and other states in India . Our work involves coordination with railway authorities, engineers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality, safety and timely completion of projects.

- Role Description
- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil works at railway project sites.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ and specifications.
- Check site measurements, levels, quantities and quality of work.
- Prepare and maintain Measurement Books (MB), RA Bills, quantity statements and site reports .
- Coordinate with railway officials, subcontractors, labour teams and suppliers.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Manage site manpower, materials and construction activities.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with senior engineers/project management.
- Maintain daily progress reports and other project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and railway/site safety requirements.
- Support the project team in planning, execution and completion of civil works.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 3 - 8 years of experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Candidates with Railway / Infrastructure / Government project experience will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of site supervision, BOQ, quantity measurement, MB and RA Bills .
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and team-management skills.
- Should be willing to work at railway project sites and relocate/travel as required.
- Practical knowledge of construction materials, quality control and site safety.
- Candidates with strong hands-on site experience are preferred.
