The Senior Site Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction activities at the project site while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Monitor progress of civil, structural, finishing, and MEP-related works. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.

Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly. Planning & Coordination Prepare and monitor work schedules and construction milestones.

Coordinate material procurement requirements with the purchase department. Review construction methodologies and recommend improvements for productivity.

Participate in project planning meetings and progress reviews. Quality Control Ensure compliance with project quality standards and specifications.

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks. Verify workmanship and material quality before execution.

Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals. Safety Management Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company HSE policies.

Conduct regular site safety inspections. Monitor contractor compliance with safety requirements

. Report and investigate any site incidents or unsafe conditions. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and work measurements.





Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports. Review contractor bills and measurement sheets.

Maintain records of drawings, approvals, and site instructions. Stakeholder Management Liaise with architects, consultants, government authorities, and utility agencies as required.

Assist in obtaining approvals and clearances related to project execution. Attend site meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil). Additional certifications in Project Management, Quality Control, or Safety Management will be an advantage.

Experience 5-7 years of experience in construction project execution. Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or high-rise building projects. Experience handling projects from excavation to handover.

Technical Skills Robust knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and construction methodologies.

Understanding of MEP coordination. Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety regulations.
