Role Description The Civil Engineer – Irrigation Project/Roads will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising civil works related to irrigation structures, canals, and road infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating surveys and site investigations, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with project managers, construction teams, and external stakeholders to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain quality and timelines.

This is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad,



requiring regular site visits and hands-on oversight of project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess planning and project coordination skills for irrigation and road projects.
- Candidates should possess expertise in stormwater management and related hydrological assessments.
- Candidates should possess the professional capabilities expected of Civil Engineers, including site supervision and quality control.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in irrigation projects, road construction, or infrastructure development, preferably in mining or heavy civil environments.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and familiarity with national and local standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to work on-site, travel to project locations as needed, and adapt to field conditions.
