Deore Dhamne Architects is looking for an experienced (10 years minimum) and responsible Civil Engineer to join our team. The role will involve a combination of site visits, project supervision, estimation and BOQ preparation, R.A. bill certification , tender documentation, and coordination with government departments and offices.
The candidate should be comfortable working both in the office and on project sites and should be willing to travel to Mumbai, Pune and other locations in Maharashtra and India as required for project-related work.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular site visits and supervision of civil construction works.
- Prepare estimates, BOQs, rate analysis and tender documents.
- Check measurements, contractor bills and work progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams.
- Handle government tender-related work and documentation.
- Visit different offices as requiered and represent Deore Dhamne Architects .
- Follow up with government departments regarding projects, approvals, tenders , bills and documentation.
- Prepare site reports and maintain project records.
- Undertake other general civil engineering and PMC-related responsibilities.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of estimation, BOQ, tendering and site supervision.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for project and government-office work.
- Experience with government projects/tenders will be an advantage.
