Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering from a reputable college/university.
Proficient in BIM, Civil 3d, ACAD, Microsoft Office and general computer software
Skills and relevant experience
· Valuable civil engineering planning and coordination skills.
· Experienced in the civil engineering software applications such as importing drawings from Civil 3D/Sketchup to Revit BIM and vice versa and proficient drafting skill in Revit BIM, Civil 3D and AutoCad.
· 5-7 years of experience working on infrastructure projects and campus development projects.
· Good written and verbal command over English Language
· Proven working experience in construction management or a similar role
· Hands-on knowledge about necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
· Demonstrate knowledge of construction, engineering, architecture principles, MEP High side services, value engineering, overall coordination
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for production of project information BIM models which contain campus infrastructure, MEP high side development, 3D visualizations that bring together data, drawings and schedules associated with the design and construction phase of a project.
· Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes. Create discipline specific BIM Modelling content. Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
