We're Hiring | Civil Engineer

Beriom Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a technically skilled and responsible Civil Engineer to supervise construction, renovation, repair and maintenance activities at The NatureLand Wellness Resort.

Position: Civil Engineer

Location: The NatureLand Wellness Resort

Address: Village Cholagora, Jamshedpur–Galudih Road, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand – 832304

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant civil engineering experience preferred

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Fooding will be provided

Accommodation will be provided

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise construction, renovation, repair and maintenance work
- Inspect buildings, cottages, pathways, drainage and other structures
- Identify cracks, seepage, waterproofing and other civil defects
- Supervise masonry, plastering, concreting, tiling and painting
- Prepare basic estimates, BOQs and material requirements
- Monitor contractors, subcontractors and labour
- Verify measurements and work quantities
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor progress, quality, timelines and material consumption
- Maintain site records, measurement books and progress reports




- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing and maintenance teams
- Monitor material wastage and assist in cost control
- Ensure site safety and PPE compliance
- Verify contractor bills based on actual work

Key Skills Required

- Solid knowledge of civil construction and maintenance
- BOQ, estimation and measurement skills
- Contractor and labour management
- Quality control and site supervision
- AutoCAD and MS Excel knowledge preferred
- Problem-solving and project coordination skills
