This is a full-time in office role for a Draughtsman, located in Kozhikode. The Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural and construction drawings based on design concepts, specifications, and project requirements. The role involves developing detailed working drawings, plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and documentation for various stages of building projects.

The Draughtsman will coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with applicable building regulations and project standards. The role also includes revising drawings based on site conditions, design changes, and client requirements, as well as maintaining proper drawing records and documentation.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of architectural and construction drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required




- Knowledge of SketchUp, or other drafting/design software is an advantage
- Ability to prepare detailed working drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Understanding of building construction methods and materials
- Knowledge of local building rules and approval requirements is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to understand architectural and engineering concepts and convert them into accurate technical drawings
- Experience in preparing drawings for residential and commercial projects is preferred
- Ability to work within project timelines and handle multiple drawings/projects efficiently

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
