You will be our civil specialist the person who decides the foundation, defends it in front of the clients consultant, and then goes and gets it built. Ballistic protection structures, specialized RCC works and integrated MEP, executed at live military stations. This is an engineering role that becomes a project management role. You start by owning one site end to end; if you deliver, within 18-24 months you will be running a portfolio of sites.

Role & responsibilities

- The civil design call. RCC foundations and civil structures equipment bases, container foundations, pads, strip footings. You decide it and you stand behind it.
- Fast, buildable engineering. Read site conditions and drawings and convert them into practical solutions quickly our schedules do not allow for six-week design loops.
- Drawings and BOQs. Prepare and review execution and GFC drawings, BOQs and specifications; resolve site issues in real time.
- Multiple sites at once. Plan and monitor concurrent project sites; coordinate fabrication, erection and MEP teams.

- The specialist seat in the room.



You are the civil authority in front of clients, consultants and senior defence and government stakeholders.
- Quality, safety and compliance. Executed as per approved drawings and specifications, every time plus vendor follow-up so material lands when site needs it.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
- 5+ years in industrial, EPC, PEB or infrastructure projects, with hands-on PMC / site execution experience. A design-office-only background will not suit this role.
- Strong practical command of RCC foundations, load behaviour, anchoring systems and construction materials; AutoCAD, BOQ preparation and vendor coordination.
- Fluent in English and Hindi. You will present to senior officers — mature, composed and credible.
- The temperament for it. Decides quick, works hands-on, and is willing to travel 50%+ of the year.
