Job Overview:Tridel Technologies, a multinational company headquartered in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Draftsman / Mid-Level Civil Draftsman to join its team for International and National (Indian) projects. The selected candidate will be based in Vadodara, India and will work closely with civil engineers, architects, project managers, and site teams to prepare technical drawings for marine and civil infrastructure projects including piling works, dolphins, mooring systems, and associated oil terminal infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D and basic 3D civil drawings for piling layouts, dolphins, mooring systems, and related marine structures as per engineering specifications.
- Draft and update drawings related to foundations, retaining walls, drainage systems, roads, and infrastructure works for industrial and marine projects.
- Assist engineers in preparing drawings for piles, fenders, bollards, mooring arrangements, access trestles, and terminal facilities.
- Coordinate with structural, geotechnical, and mechanical teams for drawing integration and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Revise and update drawings based on engineer comments, site feedback, and project modifications.
- Ensure drawings comply with project standards, safety regulations, and company drafting practices.
- Support quantity take-offs and preparation of material schedules/BOMs.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision records, and as-built documentation.




- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution and drawing clarity.
- Participate in site visits when required for verification and drafting support.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / Drafting or equivalent qualification.
- 3–7 years of experience in civil drafting, preferably in marine, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D drafting software.
- Experience in projects involving jetties, bridges, industrial structures, buildings, marinas, or piling works is preferred.
- Basic understanding of marine structures, foundation systems, and civil engineering concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Positive attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Revit or other 3D modeling software.
- Exposure to marine construction or oil & gas infrastructure projects.
- Basic understanding of surveying and site coordination.
- Knowledge of project coordination and document control practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
