Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and Saturday (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Krija is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Architect to oversee architectural design, construction execution, and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing architectural drawings, monitoring construction activities, and ensuring projects are completed according to design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Develop 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation designs using architectural software.
- Monitor construction activities at project sites to ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, structural engineers, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, workmanship, and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations,



safety standards, and construction guidelines.
- Review material specifications, BOQs, and project estimates.
- Identify construction issues and provide practical design and execution solutions.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards and budget requirements.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant qualification.
- 3–6 years of experience in architecture, construction supervision, or project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar architectural software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and site execution.
- Experience in construction monitoring, site coordination, and quality control.
- Understanding of building codes, approvals, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication, client handling, and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
