Role Description The City Supply Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for ensuring adequate and efficient hotel supply within the city. This role involves evaluating existing hotel partners, identifying recent properties to onboard, and negotiating terms that align with FabHotels’ standards and commercial objectives.

The City Supply

Manager monitors inventory levels, demand trends, and pricing, and collaborates with operations, sales, and central planning teams to optimize room availability and occupancy. Daily activities include reviewing performance reports, coordinating with hotel partners on compliance and service quality,



and implementing local supply strategies to meet revenue and guest satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Demand Planning and forecasting to align supply with city-level requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Supply Management and Procurement to build and maintain a robust hotel portfolio.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Inventory Management to optimize room availability and minimize gaps or overstock.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, travel, or operations management, preferably in a city or regional role.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities with property owners and partners.
- Comfort with using spreadsheets, dashboards, and CRM or ERP tools to manage data and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, travel within the city as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
