The City Manager is responsible for setting up recent stores and managing the entire P&L;, with a strong focus on driving sales and optimizing operations. They will have a team of Store managersreporting to them and work closely with the founders to drive business objectives.

Responsibilities: Creating plans to support the execution of company initiatives to achieve both operational excellence and business results. Also, following up consistently to ensure accountability to plans. Identifying, communicating, and delegating key responsibilities and practices to the store team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the city. Reviewing store operations and key business indicators within the city to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement. Ensuring team development and talent acquisition to achieve and maintain operational requirements. Soliciting customer feedback to understand customer needs and address all customer complaints, and grievances on time.



Utilizing management information tools and analyses reports to identify and address trends and issues in city stores. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with partners by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs, and concerns. Ensuring partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements. Managing our product and stock from the local warehouse. Maintaining and managing retail resources including - furniture, fittings, hardware, POS, and relevant vendor relationship. Maintaining relationships with Corporate Clients, managing and overseeing order fulfilment and complaints.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
