Role Description The City Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru managing business growth (70%) and operations (30%). This role leads the business development efforts and also oversees city operations, including team leadership, sales performance, customer service quality, and local market growth.

The City

Manager will manage and mentor a city team,



monitor key performance metrics, and ensure efficient processes for order fulfillment, deliveries, and returns. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing escalations, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality rental experience.

We're looking for energetic, outspoken, and results-driven individual to lead the city. The role is largely field-oriented and involves meeting people, building networks, creating brand awareness, and converting opportunities into customers. You'll act as the on-ground face of the brand, driving growth through communities, colleges, corporates, brokers, and referrals.
