Description

Implement and configure ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) using Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities.

- Install, activate, and enable HAM, Asset Workspace, and Content Service.
- Configure hardware asset classes, stockrooms, product models, and asset catalog structures.
- Define and manage OOTB hardware asset lifecycle stages including Ordered, In Stock, In Use, Retired, and Disposed.
- Configure and maintain integrations with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and ServiceNow Discovery.
- Establish and support Asset-to-CI relationships leveraging CMDB data sources.
- Configure OOTB workflows, task templates, dashboards, and reports to support asset management operations.
- Manage asset record creation and synchronization from CMDB feeds and client-provided asset inventories.
- Perform lift-and-shift of existing HAM configurations, structures, and discovery-related configurations.
- Collaborate with Asset Managers and CMDB stakeholders to improve data quality and recommend remediation strategies.




- Analyze asset and configuration data to ensure lifecycle accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Support asset governance, inventory management, and ServiceNow HAM best practices.
