About the Role

We are looking for an experienced City Head / City Lead to lead and grow the real-estate business for Bangalore. The role will be responsible for driving revenue, building high-performing teams, managing key stakeholders, and scaling the city’s business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and grow the Bangalore real-estate business and achieve city-level revenue targets.
- Develop and execute city-level sales and business growth strategies.
- Build, manage, motivate and mentor large sales and operations teams.
- Drive hiring, training, performance management and team development.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with developers, channel partners, brokers and key clients.
- Drive project launches, sales initiatives and marketing coordination.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel, lead generation, conversions and customer experience.
- Own and monitor city-level business performance and P&L;.
- Ensure seamless coordination across sales, operations and customer service.




- Identify new business opportunities and scale the city’s real-estate operations.
- Develop and maintain a strong broker/channel partner network across Bangalore.

Requirements
- 10–18 years of experience in real-estate sales, business development or leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore real-estate market, developers and projects.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue/sales targets and scaling teams.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing large sales and operations teams.
- Strong relationships/network with Bangalore brokers, developers and channel partners.
- Strong commercial and business acumen with experience in P&L;/business ownership.
- MBA preferred.
