Shivam Video is an established Audio Visual and LED solutions company working across corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, expos, product launches, concerts, and large-format experiences.

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Cinematographer who can independently capture our projects, installations, events, products, behind-the-scenes processes, and brand content in a professional and visually engaging way.

Role Overview

As a Cinematographer, you will work closely with the Marketing and Production teams to create high-quality video and photo content for social media, reels, case studies, event coverage, product showcases, client testimonials, and brand campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a good understanding of cinematic framing and lighting, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced event and production environments.

The candidate should be comfortable handling complete shooting requirements, from understanding the brief and planning shots to capturing high-quality footage and organizing the final files for post-production.

Candidates must have their own basic professional shooting equipment, including a professional/semi-professional camera and microphone.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently shoot professional video content at events, exhibitions, installations, studios, warehouses, and project locations.
- Capture cinematic footage of LED screens, AV setups, event environments, products, installations, and audience experiences.
- Plan and execute shots based on creative briefs, project requirements, and content objectives.
- Record interviews, client testimonials, team interactions, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Shoot vertical and horizontal content for Instagram Reels, Stories, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Capture high-quality photographs whenever required.
- Create visually engaging compositions using different camera angles, movements, close-ups, wide shots, and detail shots.




- Handle camera settings including exposure, focus, white balance, frame rate, shutter speed, ISO, and other shooting requirements.
- Understand and manage lighting requirements for different shooting environments.
- Ensure good-quality audio during interviews, testimonials, and other shoots.
- Work confidently in challenging event, outdoor, indoor, and low-light environments.
- Develop shot lists and contribute to creative concepts and visual references for upcoming content.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Production teams before and during shoots to understand project requirements.
- Organize, label, back up, and transfer footage systematically after shoots.
- Coordinate with editors and provide properly captured and organized footage for post-production.
- Maintain consistency with Shivam Video's professional visual identity.
- Take ownership of assigned shoots and ensure timely delivery of required footage.
- Travel to different event and project locations across Delhi NCR and, when required, other locations.

Equipment Requirement Candidates should own and be comfortable operating:
- Professional or semi-professional mirrorless/DSLR camera
- Suitable lenses for event and cinematic shooting
- Wireless or wired microphone
- Basic camera accessories
- Tripod or monopod

Additional equipment such as a gimbal, extra lenses, external lights, ND filters, external recorder, or other production equipment will be an advantage.

Skills Required

- Strong understanding of cinematography and visual storytelling
- Strong knowledge of camera settings and manual shooting
- Good understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and camera movement
- Ability to independently plan and execute shoots
- Ability to shoot in challenging event and low-light environments
- Good understanding of professional audio recording




- Knowledge of different video formats and aspect ratios for digital platforms
- Awareness of current social media video formats and content trends
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with creative and production teams
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple shoots, locations, and deadlines
- Good file management and footage organization skills
- Ability to understand a creative brief and translate it into strong visual content

Preferred Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in cinematography, videography, photography, content production, events, advertising, corporate videos, or a related field
- Candidates with strong practical experience and an impressive portfolio/showreel will also be considered
- Experience covering events, exhibitions, corporate productions, reels, advertisements, product shoots, or large-format experiences will be preferred
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating cinematography and visual storytelling skills
- Comfortable travelling to different event and project locations across Delhi NCR and, when required, other locations
- Comfortable working flexible hours depending on event and production requirements
- Ability to independently handle on-ground shooting responsibilities

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
