CINEMA MANAGER

Position: Cinema Manager

Location: TNZ Epic Cinemas, Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh

Department: Operations

Reports To: Operations Head / Management

Job Summary The Cinema Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the cinema, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent guest experience, team performance, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the cinema.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints effectively.
- Lead, train, and manage the cinema team.
- Prepare staff rosters and ensure adequate manpower as per business requirements.
- Monitor ticketing, F&B;, housekeeping, security, and other operational activities.
- Ensure cinema hygiene, safety, grooming, and brand standards are maintained.
- Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and operational costs.
- Ensure proper cash handling, banking, and daily financial controls.
- Drive revenue and profitability through effective operational management.
- Monitor inventory and minimize wastage and losses.




- Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure smooth functioning of the cinema.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly operational reports with management.
- Manage peak days, weekends, holidays, premieres, and special events effectively.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 4 to 7 years in cinema, hospitality, retail, QSR, or similar operations.
- Robust leadership and people-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, revenue, cost control, and P&L.;
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
