Role Description The Cinema Theater Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vapi , Salvav, responsible for overseeing daily theater operations and ensuring a positive guest experience. The role includes managing cinema staff, coordinating work schedules, and supervising ticketing, concessions, and front-of-house activities. The manager monitors auditorium readiness, cleanliness, safety compliance, and equipment functioning, and addresses guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

Additional responsibilities include managing cash handling and reporting, supporting local marketing or promotional activities, and collaborating with vendors or service providers as needed.
