Roles & Responsibilities
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chromeleon CDS / ELN Specialist to support and enhance laboratory informatics systems within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Thermo Fisher Chromeleon CDS and Electronic
Lab Notebooks (ELN), with hands-on experience in system configuration, validation,
integration, and user support in pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industries.

● Manage, configure, and support Chromeleon CDS (Thermo Fisher) systems across laboratory environments
● Administer and maintain Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance
● Perform system validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ, documentation, and compliance reviews
● Collaborate with laboratory, QA/QC, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
● Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part
11
● Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of system-related issues
● Support data migration, system upgrades, and integration with other enterprise systems
(LIMS, ERP, etc.)
● Develop and maintain SOPs, user manuals, and training materials
● Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing technical support
● Drive continuous improvements in lab informatics systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with LIMS or other lab informatics systems
● Exposure to scripting or database concepts (SQL, APIs, etc.)
● Certification in Chromeleon CDS or ELN platforms
● Background in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
